Strength Training
When you guide a client to do strength workouts you need to believe in the client’s own capacity to keep exercising when the going gets tough by using his or her resourcefulness. You also have to believe that the client is capable of control and may not require your expert guidance. Your role would be reduced to that of just being the personal trainer. Such an atmosphere actually helps the client to become more resourceful. The client could be a person with certain strengths and attributes which otherwise he or she may not associate with exercising. By letting the client discover how such strengths help during a workout, will work reversely also, and let him or her steer away from any weaknesses.
